Who do you work with?

I work with adults who experience anxiety, depression, bipolar, trauma, identity exploration, life transitions/stressors, college, postgraduate students, and LGBTQ+.

What issues do you not work with?

I do not provide evaluations for ADHD, ASD, court evaluations for DCS, intense crisis support, groups, custody or competency evaluations, and anyone under 18 years old.

What should I expect?

The first step is to schedule a 15 minute consultation call. You can expect to briefly talk about you and your goals for therapy.

If we feel that we are a good fit, you will complete necessary onboarding paper through Alma and SimplePractice, which are both HIPPA compliant platforms.

Once everything is complete we will schedule your first appointment. All sessions are taken place using video conferencing which are conducted through SimplePractice.

Do you take Insurance or Self Pay?

I offer flexible payment options including self-pay and insurance coverage. I am currently in-network with a range of insurance providers.

I accept Aetna, Cigna, Harvard Pilgrim, Optum, Oscar Health, Oxford, UMR, and UHC (commercial plan only).

My session fee for 55-60 minutes is $125.

When do you see clients?

Monday, Tuesday, Wednesday's from 8:00 am - 2:00 pm, and Thursday's from 8:00 am - 11:00 am.
